A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The “Tahoe Grinder Company Giveaways” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and Canada and shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, Canadian law, and applicable state/province law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have residency in the USA or Canada or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tahoe Grinder Company LLC (the “Sponsor”).

2) ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA (50 states and District of Columbia) and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their state/province of residence at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, biological/adoptive/step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible.
Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
3) AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4) PROMOTION PERIODS / TIME ZONE
All times are Pacific Time (PT). Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device.
This Sweepstakes includes multiple entry periods and drawings:
A) Weekly Giveaway Entry Periods
Each weekly entry period begins Sunday at 12:00:00 AM PT and ends the following Sunday at 11:59:59 PM PT (each a “Weekly Entry Period”).
B) Monthly Giveaway Entry Periods
Each monthly entry period begins 12:00:00 AM PT on the 1st day of the month and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on the last day of the month (each a “Monthly Entry Period”).
Important: Entries are only eligible for drawings that correspond to the entry period in which they are earned/received.
5) HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
Method 1: Via Online Purchase (Automatic Entry)
During an applicable Weekly Entry Period and/or Monthly Entry Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at tahoegrinderco.com (the “Website”) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable drawing(s) for every whole dollar ($1.00 USD) spent.
- Entries are calculated based on the pre-tax subtotal, excluding shipping/handling charges, after discounts/coupons are applied.
- Example: $49.99 subtotal = 49 entries.
Return / Chargeback / Fraud Policy:
Any fraudulent activity in connection with the Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited. It is fraudulent to purchase items to obtain entries with the intent to return items after an entry period ends or to reverse charges through chargebacks after entries are issued. Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant it believes is engaged in fraud or abuse and may void entries associated with refunded or reversed transactions.
Method 2: Via Mail (No Purchase Necessary) — 1 Envelope = 1 Entry
During any applicable Weekly Entry Period and/or Monthly Entry Period, Entrants may obtain entries by legibly hand-printing, on a 3” x 5” card or paper, the following information:
- Full legal name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Email address
- Complete residential address (street, city, state/province, postal code)
- Country of residence (USA or Canada)
Then mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:

Entry value: Each individual mailed envelope received equals one (1) entry.
Handwritten requirement / no third parties:
Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Entrants are not permitted to use any third-party organization or service to assist with the entry process in any way, as determined by Sponsor.
No bulk shipments: Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments or bundled mailings may be rejected and/or disqualified.
Mail-in timing requirements (postmark + receipt):
- For Weekly Entry Period drawings: Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Weekly Entry Period and received within 7 days after that Weekly Entry Period ends.
- For Monthly Entry Period drawings: Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Monthly Entry Period and received within 10 days after that Monthly Entry Period ends.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected mail. No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt will not be acknowledged.
6) ENTRY CONDITIONS (GENERAL)
To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information and comply with these Official Rules. Entries made by any other individual or entity, or originating through any automated means (including bots, scripts, macro programs, or mechanically reproduced entries) are void.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
7) PRIZES
A) Weekly Prize (One Winner per Weekly Entry Period)
- Prize: One (1) grinder awarded each week.
- Weekly Prize Example: Four-Piece Black 63mm Flagship Grinder.
- ARV: Determined by Sponsor and disclosed on the giveaway page and/or prize listing.
B) Monthly Prize (One Winner per Monthly Entry Period)
- Prize: One (1) monthly bundle awarded each month.
- Monthly Prize Description: Enthusiast / Premium Grinder Bundle and Accessories (may include accessories, starter kit items, and/or apparel).
- ARV: Determined by Sponsor and disclosed on the giveaway page and/or prize listing.
Maximum Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
The maximum ARV of any prize awarded in the Weekly and Monthly drawings will be disclosed on the giveaway page and/or Official Rules updates, if applicable.
No substitution: No substitution, assignment, or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or any component with one of equal or greater value.
No warranty: Prizes are awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind by Sponsor, except where prohibited by law.
8) WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor (or Sponsor’s designated representative) from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
- Weekly drawings: conducted shortly after each Weekly Entry Period ends.
- Monthly drawings: conducted shortly after each Monthly Entry Period ends.
Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable time, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
9) ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
10) CANADIAN SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
If a Canadian resident is selected as a potential winner, the Entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of being confirmed as a winner.
11) TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize receipt and use.
12) PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city/state/province, likeness, voice, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment, notification, or permission.
13) RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) printing or typographical errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property, directly or indirectly, arising in whole or in part from participation or prize acceptance/use.
14) GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process, attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
15) DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
By participating, Entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and that any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, unless otherwise required by law.

17) SCAM ALERT
If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor (or its authorized representative) will contact you via the phone number and/or email address you provided. You will never be asked to provide a credit card, bank information, or payment of any kind as a condition of prize award. Sponsor does not use social media DMs as the only method to contact winners.
