We only ship Monday through Friday (we do not ship on the weekends or holidays)
Most U.S. orders ship within 2-3 business days from receipt and we will send you a separate shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number when the order ships.
Please note that there are restrictions on some items and cannot be shipped to international destinations. All International orders will be contacted separately for order confirmation.
Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a partial refund, full refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the full name of the purchaser.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take 2-3 days to officially post. If your refund is missing or late, please confirm with your credit card company and bank prior to contacting us. Contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lets get straight to the point. Tahoe Grinder Company will only use personal information to ship your order. Period. That’s it; no email marketing or anything of the sort. Nothing is ever distributed to 3rd parties. You buy, we ship, that’s it! We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Card payments are processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway; We don’t save card info and nor does PayPal. In fact we don’t even see the card information! All data in and out of our website is also encrypted using a SSL certification.
